AIGEO is a mobile application that helps businesses monitor and improve their online visibility across search engines and AI platforms. Our services include:

  • Website SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) analysis and scoring.
  • Integration with third-party social media platforms (including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter) to display account metrics and analytics.
  • Integration with Google Search Console for search performance data.
  • AI-powered insights and recommendations for improving online visibility.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Our services allow you to connect third-party accounts (such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Google Search Console). By connecting these accounts, you:

  • Authorise us to access data from those platforms on your behalf, as permitted by the scopes you approve during the authorisation process.
  • Acknowledge that your use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
  • May disconnect any third-party account at any time through the application settings.
  • Understand that we store access tokens securely and use them solely to retrieve and display your data within the application.

5. Data Usage

When you connect a third-party account, we access only the data permitted by the scopes you authorise. This data is used to:

  • Display your social media metrics (follower counts, engagement, reach) on your dashboard.
  • Track changes in your metrics over time.
  • Provide AI-powered insights and recommendations.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services.
  • Use automated means to access our services beyond what is provided through our application.

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
  • Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

  • Any connected third-party integrations will be disconnected.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature within the application.

11. Governing Law
