The rules for using the Grocily app, including subscriptions and pricing information.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Grocily mobile application ("Grocily", "the app"), operated by FXiON LTD, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing or using Grocily, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
These Terms should be read together with our Grocily Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.
Grocily helps you create shopping lists, compare estimated grocery prices across nearby supermarkets, discover stores, plan shopping routes, scan product barcodes, and track your savings. Grocily is a planning and comparison aid; it is not a shop, a payment service, or a point of sale.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Grocily. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account).
Grocily offers an optional paid subscription, Grocily Plus, which unlocks unlimited use of certain features. Pricing is shown in the app (currently £2.99/month, and may include a free trial). Grocily Plus is an auto-renewable subscription with the following terms:
Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store Terms of Sale. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies; we do not process payments directly.
Prices, product availability and store details shown in Grocily are estimates based on the latest data available to us and may be incomplete, out of date, or differ from the actual price at a store. Prices vary between stores and over time. You should always verify prices in store before purchasing. Grocily is provided as a guide only, and we are not responsible for any decisions you make, or costs you incur, based on the information shown in the app.
You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, accessing it through automated means, infringing others' rights, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Grocily, including its name, design, and software, is owned by FXiON LTD and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. Content you create (such as your shopping lists) remains yours.
Grocily relies on third-party services and data sources — including cloud hosting, subscription management, mapping, and product and price information — to provide its features. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data or the availability of third-party services.
Grocily is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information shown will be accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FXiON LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from your reliance on price or store information in the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
You may stop using Grocily and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. On termination, the licence granted to you ends.
These Terms are between you and FXiON LTD only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
